Cancellation Policy & Refund Terms

CANCELLATION FEE - LỆ PHÍ HỦY BỎ CHUYẾN ĐI:

  • * Airline Tickets: Airline Cancel and $ 500 fee registration Non- refundable with any reason
  • Vé máy bay và $500 lệ phí ghi danh không hoàn trả lại khi hủy bỏ chuyến đi vì bất cứ lý do nào
  • * Land tour: Cancel the trip before the departure 60 days, the customer has to pay 30 % off the price of the Land Tour (Fee Registration, Hotel, Tour…)
  • Land tour Hủy bỏ chuyến đi từ ngày ghi danh đến 60 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: trả 30% tiền Land tour.
  • * Cancel the trip before the departure 30 days, the customer has to pay 50% off the price of the Land Tour .
  • –Hủy bỏ chuyến đi trước 30 ngày khởi hành: trả 50% tiền Land Tour
  • *Cancel the trip before the departure 20 days, the customer has to pay 100% the price of the Land Tour.
  • –Hủy bỏ chuyến đi 20 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: trả 100% tiền Land Tour
  • * The Cancelation must be certified by the Travel Company through Email or Written Mail. It is not valid through Phonetic Calls .
  • Việc hủy bỏ chuyến đi phải được công ty xác nhận qua Email hoặc viết Thơ Bưu Điện– không chấp nhận qua điện thoại
  • * Travel Insurance Policy Cover Only for Emergency Medical during travel
  • Bảo hiểm du lịch trả cho trường hợp tai nạn sức khoẻ khẩn cấp Trong thời gian du lịch
  • * For the sake of safety, Alpha Travel & Tours has rights to adjust the Itinerary without advanced notice in the case of Insecurity, Bad Weather, heavy Traffic, etc
